Operations & Dispatch Coordinator
Coordinate service requests, support technician assignment, monitor active jobs, and help clients receive timely updates from request to completion.
Technician Onboarding Specialist
Review technician applications, verify documentation, support onboarding, and help qualified professionals succeed on the platform.
Customer Success Manager
